- For confirmation of order after payment it is mandatory to submit a Self-Attested clear scanned copy of your Official Employee ID card and a valid Govt. ID card for verification from employee’s official email address .

- For out-of-stock models, delivery may commence from 2-3 weeks from the placement of order depending on the model, variant and color of the ordered smartphone, subjected to stock availability (Please call us for further details).
- Once Apple announces the cashback offer on the iPhone models, the same shall be communicated further.
- Warranty & Apple Care+ shall be applicable as per standard guidelines of Apple India.
- Every iPhone comes with 1 year of hardware repair coverage through its limited warranty and up to 90 days of complimentary technical support.
- AppleCare+ for iPhone extends your coverage to 2 years from your AppleCare+ purchase date and adds unlimited incidents of accidental damage protection. Each incident is subject to a service fee of ₹2500 for screen or back glass damage, or ₹8900 for other accidental damage.
- Refund and Return Policy
- There will be no refund/ return/ exchange applicable on the EPP offer.
- Orders for the respective model & color once placed cannot be cancelled/modified. Preference of color is subjected to stock availability, if preferred color is out of stock, then modification in the order shall be done upon customer’s consent.
- We do accept all modes of payments made through Netbanking/NEFT/RTGS/IMPS / onsite swiping machine/ UPI.
- Additional bank charges shall be applicable for the payments made through Credit and Debit cards. Kindly refer the payment terms in Table 1.
