EPP Scheme

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

In order for Apple’s Reseller to be able to grant a Government and Corporate EPP program (“EPP Program“) discount in respect of the purchase you made in this transaction, Apple needs to verify that you are entitled to the EPP program discount. Please note the following terms and conditions carefully.

By signing this agreement, you represent and warrant to both Apple and Reseller that you are a Qualifying Individual. For the purposes of this agreement:

• “Government” or “Governmental Agency” means any national, regional or local government authority, or quasi-government statutory authority, government department, ministry, secretariat, agency, commission, board, tribunal or court.
• “Qualifying Entity” means any Government, Governmental Agency, company, corporation or partnership.
• “Qualifying Individual” means a natural person who is: (i) age 18 and above; (ii) employed with a Qualifying Entity, on or before the date of this agreement; and (iii) using the product(s) purchased in this transaction solely for the purposes of their employment with such entity; and
• “Secondary ID” includes a driving licence, passport, voter’s identification card or an Aadhaar card.

You must provide, to Apple’s satisfaction and Reseller’s satisfaction, documentary evidence of your status as a Qualifying Individual, including:

• Employee ID card;
• Documentary proof of EPP program; and/or
• any Secondary ID.

Apple and Reseller reserve the right to accept or reject documentary evidence that you submitted as evidence of your status as a Qualifying Individual.

You consent to Reseller providing Apple with all documentary evidence that you submitted to Reseller as evidence of your status as a Qualifying Individual. Apple shall use such documentary evidence for the purpose of validating your status as a Qualifying Individual.

By signing this agreement, you represent and warrant to both Apple and Reseller that: (1) the product(s) that you have purchased in this transaction are solely for the purposes of your employment with a Qualifying Entity; and (2) you have not purchased more than one Mac and one iPad using your EPP program discount within the past 12 months and that this transaction will not cause you to exceed this EPP program discount product limit.

By providing a telephone number and/or e-mail address below, you authorize Apple to contact you for the purpose of verifying your status as a Qualifying Individual and eligibility of the transaction.

This EPP program discount scheme is being run by Apple India Private Limited with offices located at 19 Floor, Concorde Tower C, UB City No 24 Vittal Mallya Road, Bangalore 560001, India in collaboration with our Resellers.

These terms and conditions are in addition to any other terms and conditions of sale, which may apply to your purchase. Your statutory and consumer rights are not affected.

If any term of this agreement is unenforceable or invalid under Indian law, or is held to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other terms of this agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.
